Your consent applies only to Furmanski Law Group — it is never shared with or transferred to any third party, in compliance with FCC rules effective January 27, 2025.

Our SMS and marketing communications comply with the Florida Bar’s advertising rules (Subchapter 4-7, Rules Regulating The Florida Bar). Direct text advertisements to prospective clients are filed with The Florida Bar’s Ethics and Advertising Department as required by Rule 4-7.19. All communications are truthful, non-misleading, and identify our firm.
